Roseville House
The brief for this house was to create extra living spaces while blending the new with the existing dwelling.
The roof and plinth were used as unifying elements allowing variation between the two. New outdoor spaces were created by introducing crib retaining walls and fences that over time will be covered in climbing plants.
The hovering roof and plinth together define the new living area that is either open to the view or closed with a curtain to create an intimate space.
